What type of printing do you offer?
Professional digital printing. All stationary is designed and handcrafted in-house by Couture Envelopes. Our product is proudly made in the U.S.A. Should you need assistance with wording, we can help.

What type of paper do you use?
All envelopes and inserts are printed on white or off-white paper, approximately 67 lb. cover for the envelopes and 80lb. cover for the inserts. The envelope paper is thicker than standard 24 lb. In turn this makes your Couture Envelope more substantial, while still meeting USPS first-class mail standards.

How soon can we start our design?
Once we agree to a final price quote, the Service Agreement is signed and the deposit is received. To start the creation process and avoid delays, we recommend that you finalize the agreement process as soon as you are able.

What is the price of Couture Envelopes?
We create your one-of-a-kind blueprint from start to finish incorporating your wishes while keeping your budget in mind. Our pricing supports a wide spectrum of pricing to meet various needs and requests. To give an idea, for 100 envelopes coupled with coordinated inserts included, our pricing starts at approximately $3.95 per envelope with a custom insert included.

How soon can I receive and estimate?
Please contact Couture Envelopes by either calling: 516.507.9488 or email info@coutureenvelopes.com. Share the quantity you will need and any details so we can provide an accurate estimate. Estimates may take 1 to 3 business days.

Can we work together if I live outside your local area?
Absolutely! Technology supports this whether you live in our neighborhood or far from our location. We too can be flexible with scheduling time as we understand the 9 to 5 world does not fit into everyone’s timetable.

What is your cancellation and return policy?
Once an order is submitted, should you cancel your project the initial deposit will be retained by Couture Envelopes as a cancellation fee. There are no refunds once an order is sent for delivery. Since all products are custom we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds.
